Qualifications

• At least one year of hands-on experience supporting payroll tax functions.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience reviewing payroll data and preparing year-end tax documents such as W-2s.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time with regulatory compliance.
• Reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts and verify entries.
• Collaborate with HR to maintain accurate employee records.
• Prepare payroll forecasts, financial reports, and key metrics.
• Stay current with multistate payroll regulations and new jurisdictions.
