NRG is looking for a Sr. Analyst for Success Factors - Payroll in Houston, TX. This experienced HRIS Analyst will support Payroll operations and tax-related system activities within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). Coordinating with HR and IT teams, the analyst ensures accurate payroll outcomes while developing technology-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Knowledge of U.S. payroll and tax regulations.
• Strong understanding of integrations between SAP modules.

• Partner with Payroll and HR stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Create and execute test plans for payroll system changes.
• Provide support for payroll/tax‑related issues in SAP HCM/ECP.
