Job summary

Resorts World Catskills is seeking a Manager of Payroll Systems to lead the strategy, implementation, and automation of our payroll technology across multi‑entity operations. You will oversee payroll system operations, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements with Workday and UKG.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll technology, compliance, and multi‑jurisdiction requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll and UKG (UltiPro and/or Dimensions).
• Advance knowledge of Payroll and Human Resources issues and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and Maintain Payroll Rules including tipped employees, shift differentials, union contracts, and 24/7 operations
• Ensure Compliance & Risk Management with federal, state, and international payroll regulations
• System Integration & Automation to optimize payroll, HRIS, and financial system links
• Vendor & Technology Management with payroll service providers and tech vendors
• Process Improvement to enhance automation, accuracy, and reporting
• Data Integrity & Reporting to support financial planning and audits
