The Payroll Support Specialist helps keep payroll, benefits, and 401(k) tasks running smoothly across multiple locations. Our client is a large, rapidly growing distribution company that supplies nationally recognized brands to retailers across multiple states.
The Payroll Support Specialist helps make sure payroll runs smoothly and on time. You don\u2019t need full end‑to‑end payroll processing experience to succeed here - just some exposure to payroll, a willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
In this role, you\u2019ll double‑check payroll information, handle adjustments, and put together reports and dashboards (so being comfortable in Excel is a big plus!). You\u2019ll also pitch in with things like benefits invoicing, 401(k) admin, basic compliance tasks, and keeping records organized. On top of that, you\u2019ll be one of the go‑to people for employees who have questions about their pay or benefits.
This is a full-time position that pays $23-$25/hour. This position is full-time in‑office in Moorestown, NJ.
