Responsibilities

Provide superior payroll-related customer service as the first point of contact for internal/external customers.
Research payroll issues using multiple resources and adjust pay per procedures.
Communicate and provide training regarding payroll processes to employees.
Promote driver retention and safety through payroll support.
Provide departmental support for payroll questions and other duties as needed.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere to meet business objectives.
Perform additional duties as required by leadership and assist with office tasks.
