Job summary

ADP is hiring a Payroll Support Representative -- Level I to assist Major Accounts Comprehensive Services clients with payroll applications and tax questions. You will research using WFN, PayX, ezLM, Portal and HRB to deliver accurate guidance and resolve issues.

The role requires strong communication, 2 years payroll processing experience, and familiarity with ADP systems. You will collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to support client payroll needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience.
• Basic knowledge of payroll tax deposits and filings, wage and hour laws.
• Familiarity with ADP tools and payroll applications listed above.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Client questions about WFN, PayX, ezLM, Portal, HRB with guidance.
• Assist Clients with data maintenance and configuration changes in AutoPay Mainframe and related modules.
• Perform feature setup requests (e.g., tax-related calculations, benefit-related changes).
• Support payroll processing questions and issues and escalate when needed.
• Research and respond using online tools; collaborate with internal teams and vendors.
