• Coordinates with the State Accounting Office Payroll Calendar to ensure timelines for payroll.
• Perform all monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports, including IRS and GA revenue filings.
• Records financial activity and reconciles payroll entries, deductions, and wires.
• Reconciles payroll data with complex rules and regulations using advanced research.
• Surveys operations to identify payroll needs and develops improvements using current technology.
• Designs, coordinates, and oversees internal payroll projects.
