Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, supervise, and evaluate payroll operations.
• Oversee payroll processing for all employee groups and ensure compliance with laws and agreements.
• Develop fiscal models and cost projections for compensation and negotiations.
• Maintain internal controls and coordinate with IT for payroll system configurations and upgrades.
