The State of Colorado is seeking a Payroll Supervisor within the Office of Administrative Solutions/Division of Financial Services to oversee payroll and timekeeping operations for CDHS facilities. This role ensures accurate data entry, deductions, direct deposits, and benefits processing while maintaining compliance with FLSA, FMLA, and state rules.

The position includes supervising three Accounting Technician IIIs and one Accountant I, establishing standards, and ensuring timely work

Qualificações

• Six (6) years of accounting experience including timekeeping and payroll processing.
• Experience with payroll, timekeeping, and related benefits systems.
• Public-sector/state government accounting experience preferred.
• Colorado residency required at time of application.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises payroll/timekeeping staff and oversees performance evaluations.
• Manages accurate payroll processing and timekeeping for assigned facilities.
• Acts as back-up to the Payroll Manager.
• Ensures compliance with FLSA, FMLA, and state personnel rules.
