Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

The Workday Payroll Specialist will oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance within the Financial Services industry. This role is based in the greater Atlanta area and requires expertise in Workday payroll systems and a strong understanding of Human Resources practices.

Description

• Manage and process payroll using the Workday system to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Oversee state registrations within the Workday payroll platform.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources team to address payroll‑related inquiries.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records in Workday.
• Generate payroll reports and assist in audits as needed.
• Support system updates and troubleshooting within the Workday platform.
• Ensure proper deduction calculations and tax filings are executed.
• Provide training to team members on payroll processes and Workday functionalities.
