Qualifications

• Experience with payroll software (ADP, Workday, UKG) and timekeeping systems.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
• Understanding of wage and hour laws, including FLSA and state mandates.
• Ability to calculate overtime, bonuses, and shift differentials.

Responsibilities

• Processes bi-weekly payroll for all manufacturing employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manages timecard collection and approval processes, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Calculates and remits all payroll-related taxes and withholdings in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Reconciles payroll accounts and prepares related journal entries.
• Responds to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and leave balances.
• Prepares and distributes W-2 forms annually.
• Administers garnishments, child support orders, and other involuntary deductions.

Salary Range: $51,000 - $78,000 depending on experience
