Job summary

MEDLOG USA in New Freedom, PA, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to process payroll for contractors and onboard new SEI contractors. The role requires accurate data entry, clear communication with agents, and support for payroll and billing questions.

Responsibilities include reviewing deductions, setting up accounts, handling escrow funds, and generating driver pay and revenue reports using Power BI. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8:00–4:30.

Qualifications

• Set up and release maintenance accounts.
• Release / transfer escrow funds for contractors and vendors.
• Close out terminated contractors and vendors.
• Enter pay to contractors via TMS; assist driver settlement questions.
• Run revenue and driver pay reports from Power BI to assemble commissions.
• Assist agents with commission questions and concerns.
• Distribute Comdata cards to agents; maintain contractor/vendor/truck profiles in TMS.
• Answer payroll and billing questions and provide support.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8a - 4:30p.

Position Summary and Responsibilities

SEI Acquisition is actively seeking a Payroll Specialist to be on-site at our New Freedom, PA location. This position will process all new SEI contractors by obtaining necessary documents required to onboard and administer payroll. They will maintain accurate entry of sensitive data and communicate effectively with all agents as necessary. They will process payroll and commissions for assigned contractors and Agents.

• Review and process contractor payroll
• Review and enter weekly deductions
• Set up and release maintenance accounts
• Release / transfer escrow funds
• Close out terminated contractors and vendors
• Enter pay to contractors via TMS
• Assist with driver settlement questions
• Run revenue, driver pay, and brokered reports from Power BI to put commission together
• Assist agents with commission questions and concerns
• Order / send Comdata cards to agents
• Provide support by entering contractor, vendor, and truck profiles into TMS, as well as answer payroll and billing questions
• Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8a - 4:30p
