This Full-Time position handles accurate payroll, verifies timesheets, maintains records, and produces reports to ensure compliance with payroll regulations, while protecting confidential information.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Payroll Clerk or in a similar financial role.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel and payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process company payrolls on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
• Calculate wages, overtime, and deductions to ensure correct payments.
• Review and verify timesheets and payroll documents for accuracy.

• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
