Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of payroll experience.
• Strong MS Excel proficiency.
• Ability to compile and analyze data accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll / HR processing, verify payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Collect, review, and enter timekeeping data for all employees.
• Calculate gross pay, overtime, retro pay, bonuses, and other earnings.
• Prepare accurate and timely weekly/biweekly payroll runs.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records in the system.
• Support wage garnishment processing in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with FLSA and state wage laws.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and explain policies clearly.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information.
