Lutron Electronics is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our Global Payroll team, delivering accurate and timely payroll administration across the United States and Puerto Rico. You will partner with HR, Benefits, and vendors to ensure seamless payroll, handling time data, exceptions, and inquiries with professionalism.

Formación

• 3+ years of payroll, HR, or accounting experience.
• Experience with SAP, ADP/Celergo, or similar payroll systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reconciliations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support time collection by reviewing and validating time data.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Process payroll exceptions including leaves, garnishments, and one‑time payments.
• Serve as payroll resource for domestic and Puerto Rico employees.
• Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and process improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee payroll information.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements.
