The Payroll Administrator will report to the Corporate Payroll Manager and Director of Payroll Services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing in a complex

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll, timekeeping, HR operations, accounting, union administration, or related experience.
• Familiar with timekeeping systems, payroll systems, ERP interfaces, and Excel.
• Ability to meet weekly deadlines with high accuracy.
• Commitment to compliance and process discipline.
• Experience with multi-state payroll and union payroll is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for multi-state environments with accuracy.
• Validate timecards, earnings, deductions, taxes, and PTO.
• Support union and certified payroll requirements.
• Resolve employee payroll inquiries with urgency and documentation.
• Maintain payroll controls, adjustments, and audit readiness.
• Prepare routine payroll reports and support system testing.
