Job summary

OneDigital in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Payroll Specialist to work closely with clients to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. This full-time, onsite role requires entering data, updating client payroll cycles, and providing accurate reports while maintaining strong client relationships.

The position emphasizes knowledge of wage and hour laws, use of PrismHR and iSolved, and collaboration with Payroll Specialists to support multiple clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience providing multi-state/multi-payroll service for large client groups.
• Advanced PrismHR and/or iSolved system experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep abreast of assigned client base to meet payroll needs and process updates per payroll cycle.
• Accurately key all payroll data to meet pay schedules.
• Maintain payroll records for multiple clients with accuracy and timeliness.
• Complete setup of import definitions within payroll systems when required.
• Import and audit time files into payroll systems for processing.
• Generate and complete each payroll; post batches and provide reports to clients.
