S+H Search is seeking an experienced Payroll Processor to support a large organization in a fast-paced, high-volume payroll environment in Draper, Utah. The role handles payroll for thousands of employees across multiple states, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

Experience with UKG / UltiPro is a plus but not required. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers potential for conversion to a permanent position with full benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience required.
• Experience processing payroll in a high-volume environment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of multi-state payroll processing and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll for a large employee population, including both salaried and hourly employees.
• Manage multi-state payroll processing while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Review payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate employee payments.
• Support payroll adjustments, deductions, garnishments, and payroll-related inquiries.
• Partner with HR, Benefits, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve payroll issues.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and support audits and reporting requirements.
• Assist with process improvements in a fast-paced payroll environment.

Payroll Processor – Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

Location: Draper, Utah

We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Processor to support a large organization in a fast-paced, high-volume payroll environment. This role will be responsible for processing payroll for thousands of employees across multiple states, supporting both salaried and hourly populations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll execution.

The ideal candidate will have strong payroll processing experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment. Experience with UKG / UltiPro is a plus but not a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process full-cycle payroll for a large employee population, including both salaried and hourly employees
• Manage multi-state payroll processing while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Review payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate employee payments
• Support payroll adjustments, deductions, garnishments, and payroll-related inquiries
• Partner with HR, Benefits, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve payroll issues
• Maintain accurate payroll records and support audits and reporting requirements
