Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions is seeking a Payroll Specialist for an on-site role with an automotive parts manufacturer in the Fairfield, OH area. You will support payroll processing and ensure accuracy, with emphasis on large-volume payroll and on-site operations.

The ideal candidate has prior on-site payroll experience, proficiency with Paycor, and strong data entry and spreadsheet skills. This full-time, direct-hire position offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Must have onsite payroll experience.
• Payroll experience with a large volume is preferred (200+ employees).
• Experience with Paycor software is preferred.
• Strong Data entry and record keeping skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Able to intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift up to 20 pounds.

An automotive parts manufacturing company near the Fairfield, OH area is searching for a Payroll Specialist. You will support the payroll processing and ensure its accuracy. The ideal candidate will have previous onsite, large volume, payroll experience.

This is an onsite, full-time, direct-hire position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays and vacation.
