Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• Minimum of 5 years of combined in-house and outsourced payroll experience.
• Accounts payable experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll.
• Assist employees with electronic time cards.
• Process payroll corrections with supervisors and employees.
• Verify payroll and benefits information including exemptions, pay increases, and deductions.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and leave.
• Provide customer service to employees and respond to inquiries.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies by analyzing data.
• Maintain payroll operations and confidentiality.
