The “DNA” for Success

Phone Presence: You are comfortable, warm, and professional on the phone. Team members calling in with a payroll concern leave the conversation feeling heard and helped.

Service Oriented: You genuinely want to solve the problem, not just log the call. First call resolution is the goal and you take pride in achieving it.

Curious and Engaged: You ask "why" and use downtime to review cases and deepen your understanding rather than just completing tasks and moving on.

Tech Savvy: You can toggle between multiple systems and screens in a hybrid environment without losing your place or your composure.

Detail Oriented: Payroll accuracy matters. You catch discrepancies, follow through on audits, and do not cut corners on compliance.

Team Player: This team is tight knit and celebrated for good reason. You contribute to a culture where everyone supports each other and new hires feel genuinely welcomed.

Self Directed: You work independently in a remote environment and manage your responsibilities without needing someone to look over your shoulder.

Growth Minded: You see this role as the foundation of a payroll career, not just a job, and you are motivated to grow your skills and your one call resolution rate over time.
