Job summary

Qualifications

• Ориентировочно 2–3 года опыта администрирования венгерской payroll и социального страхования в HR-консалтинге, HR-аутсорсинге или корпоративной среде.
• Очень хорошие знания английского и венгерского языков (минимум B2).
• Знание входных/выходных данных и связей, таких как сторонние интерфейсы, учет рабочего времени, подача налоговой отчетности, льготы и другие ключевые области, интегрирующиеся с payroll.
• Умение выявлять и минимизировать риски.

Responsibilities

• Поддержка венгерской payroll и команды payroll от начала до конца в соответствии с установленными стандартами и требованиями клиента.
• Использование набора hrX инструментов для Payroll processing и связанных действий.
• Проведение и управление RCA в случае эскалаций клиента с внедрением корректирующих действий.
• Поиск возможностей для допакуп и поддержка процессов изменений при отклонениях от контракта.
• Понимание стандартных и клиентскихPayroll-отчетов, включая годовую отчетность.
• Поддержание знаний по венгерскому законодательству, обновления системы и дорожная карта payroll-процедур.
• Ответы на вопросы по венгерской payroll от команды и клиентов; поддержка связи с Operations Manager.

Задачи:

• Ability to support Hungarian payroll and the payroll team from end to end according to the defined standards and client requirements including all associated payroll tasks and transactions
• Ability to utilize the hrX suite of tools as it relates to payroll processing and all associated activities
• Undertake, support and manage a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when an issue occurs resulting in a client escalation ensuring that mitigating actions are implemented
• Proactively identify upsell opportunities and support the Change Request process when deviations from the contractually defined standard scope of service are identified. This may include, but is not limited to, estimating and implementing changes
• Understand standard and client specific payroll reports including statutory year end reporting needs as required by the customer contract and scope of service
• Maintains current knowledge of Hungarian legislation requirements; system updates, changes and overall payroll procedures while managing the payroll legislation road map
• Answer Hungarian payroll related questions and requests from the team and from clients; supporting the Operations Manager with client engagement activities
• Update, maintain and enforce the usage of the Defined Work Instructions (DWIs)and other process documentation
• Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information
• Ability to resolve and support technical and functional issues escalated from other team members and clients
• Ensure compliant use of all systems
• Support and maintain the client solution workbook and provision functional support as needed
• Participate and champion innovation activities to drive continuous improvement
• Support and guide project implementations and go-lives
• Participates in projects and activities as needed and assigned

Требования:

• Around 2-3 years relevant experience administering Hungarian Payroll and Social Insurance in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment
• Very good English and Hungarian skills (B2 minimum)
• Strong knowledge of the various inputs and outputs such as third party interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, benefits and other key areas that integrate with payroll
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools
• Knowledge of SAP HR would be an asset
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks
• Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures
