Job summary

Seabrook Alliance Group in Indiana, PA is seeking a payroll specialist to carry out a range of payroll compliance tasks for multiple client accounts. This non-management role works within a team to ensure accurate processing and reporting.

You will navigate vendor systems, process payroll data, handle taxes and benefits, prepare W-2s, generate client reports, and assist with new hire onboarding and training.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of direct payroll processing experience preferred.
• Proficient at typing and utilizing Microsoft Office Suite software.
• Previous experience processing payroll in technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Process, edit, and transfer payroll data as requested by the client.
• Complete projects related to local, state, and federal taxes.
• Familiar with every facet of W-2 completion and related forms.
• Generate reports for clients including Excel pivot tables and system reports.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and training; support employees with payroll systems.
