Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Indiana. The role focuses on managing and supporting payroll operations across corporate, field, production, and project-based teams, ensuring accurate, timely processing and strict compliance with wage and hour regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of payroll experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and proficiency with Dayforce or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of payroll or accounting experience in a fast-paced, multi-state environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with ability to learn additional software.
• Working knowledge of Dayforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other payroll processing systems.
• Experience working in a union environment, including certified payroll.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support payroll operations ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Handle payroll for employees across corporate, field, production, and project-based operations.
• Ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations, payroll taxes, deductions, and employee records.
