• BS/BA degree required.
• Mid-level knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain payroll data with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Verify accuracy of timesheets and correct errors.
• Process payroll changes in Dayforce.
• Research and help with tax issues.
• Compute withholding and deductions from gross earnings.
• Respond to Verification of Employment requests.
• Run and distribute payroll reports.
• Create and update payroll processing manuals.
• Troubleshoot issues before seeking help.
• Communicate professionally with employees and managers; handle additional tasks as needed.
• Create efficient payroll processes.
