What you’ll be doing as the Payroll Specialist:

• Support North America employees, and third‐party administrators from hire through retirement
• Perform payroll processing functions in UKG Pro using established procedures
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance requirements are consistently met
• Maintain payroll records in accordance with statutory and corporate governance standards
• Audit payroll data and ensure accuracy and timely processing
• Identify deficiencies and recommend improvements to payroll processes and documentation

This Payroll Specialist role offers a blend of structure and operational impact. You’ll play a key role in ensuring payroll is processed with speed, precision, and compliance while partnering closely with internal stakeholders.

• Degree in an accounting‐related field or a combination of accounting/HR education and relevant experience
