QQR Freight is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to own payroll from start to finish for drivers and office staff across multiple entities. The role handles weekly driver payroll and semimonthly office payroll through Paychex, including overtime, PTO, commissions, and deductions.

You will ensure accurate reconciliations, respond to pay questions, and collaborate with HR, Operations, and Finance. The position sits in Cincinnati, OH, with a focus on state-specific pay rules, wage

Formación

• 3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, including at least 2 years processing driver payroll or settlements
• Office payroll for salaried, hourly staff, including overtime, PTO, and benefit deductions
• Experience with payroll systems (Paychex, ADP, or similar) and strong Excel skills

Responsabilidades

• Process weekly driver payroll and settlements across multiple states
• Process semimonthly office payroll for salaried and hourly staff via Paychex
• Reconcile deductions and benefits; ensure accurate, on-time payroll
• Partner with HR to onboard/offboard employees and ensure state final-pay compliance
• Support multi-entity payroll across the QQR family and prepare payroll reports
