Based in Roswell, GA, you will collaborate with Payroll, HR, and Finance to ensure timely payroll runs for 650+ employees and maintain confidential payroll records with strict compliance to federal, state, and local laws.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or HR.
• Previous payroll, accounting, or related administrative experience preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process payroll components for 650+ employees on weekly/semi-monthly runs.
• Review timesheets for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Track and process payroll deductions, garnishments, and other withholdings.
• Coordinate payroll activities between Payroll, HR, and Finance.
• Prepare payroll reports including labor, leave, and headcount data.
• Assist with HRIS data processing and maintenance.
• Support year-end payroll reporting and related audits.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and ensure data accuracy.
