Job summary

Baker Tilly US LLP in Wisconsin is seeking a Payroll Specialist to provide direct support and consulting for our payroll clients under the supervision of the Payroll Supervisor. This role focuses on accurate payroll processing and timely client deliverables.

You will review payroll data in ADP systems, update employee records, process bonuses or severance, ensure correct tax calculations, and generate earnings reports while maintaining strict confidentiality and delivering excellent client

Qualifications

• 1 year of payroll experience.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience with ADP software platforms desirable.
• Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Highly detail oriented and focused on accuracy.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technology quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct payroll client support under supervision.
• Ensure payroll data accuracy and meet deadlines.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes and deductions.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional client communications.
• Assist with client training on payroll processes and software.
