Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Payroll Client Consultant to provide direct support and consulting to our payroll clients. Under the Payroll Supervisor, you will independently manage client relationships while escalating issues for prompt resolution when needed.

You will ensure payroll data accuracy, process payrolls on time, update records, calculate bonuses or severance, review federal/state tax calculations, and prepare reports on earnings and employer contributions.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree preferred or 2 years' experience in lieu of degree.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience with ADP software platforms desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their payroll system and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and/or process payrolls to meet client deadlines, update records, and review tax calculations.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions.
