The role requires accuracy, fast-paced work habits, and strong communication.

Responsibilities include analyzing labor data, remitting reports to DOT and Wisconsin municipalities, researching issues, and supporting time reporting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (intermediate).
• Strong 10-key & keyboarding skills (high speed).
• Intermediate–advanced internet skills.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of labor and union information on certified payrolls for three companies.
• Process and remit various reports to the DOT and Wisconsin municipalities.
• Research and resolve all issues regarding certified payroll and prevailing wage rates.
• Track and remit certified payrolls for all subcontractors.
