Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or CPP preferred.
• 2–4 years of payroll processing, garnishments, and payroll taxes.
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of certified payroll processes and requirements preferred.
• Experience working with ADP payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll weekly through ADP for field employees.
• Uphold confidentiality of staff information.
• Maintain records of hours, wages, and deductions.
• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries.
• Assist with payroll reporting and audits.
• Collaborate with HR and accounting to ensure payroll accuracy.
