Jenkins Kia of Gainesville is seeking a Payroll Specialist to accurately process payroll and ensure compliance. Must have experience with ADP Workforce Now system and proficiency in Excel.

This is an in-person, office-based role in Florida, Monday to Friday, with comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate will handle payroll tasks with confidentiality, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills, and will contribute to timely and accurate payroll processing for the automotive

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
• Payroll Services, Payroll Administration, and Payroll Management skills.
• Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and Accounting principles.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in the automotive industry payroll.
