Zusammenfassung

The Arc Montgomery County is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our Finance team in Derwood, MD. Under the supervision of the Senior Staff Accountant, you will ensure accurate payroll input, timely time-sheet processing, and compliant HR-related payments in line with organization policies.

You will manage payroll summaries, GL entries, checks and direct deposits, and support the CFO on special projects while maintaining strict confidentiality and data integrity in federal and state payroll

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or related field with relevant experience.
• ADP experience is required.
• Sage Intacct experience is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Input and process employee payroll information accurately.
• Collect and process time sheets with contract processor.
• Ensure pay rates match employee files and HR policies.
• Record payroll summaries in the general ledger and provide reports.
• Distribute checks, direct deposits, and W-2s; manage disputes schedule.
• Prepare payroll summaries and annual labor cost surveys.
• Maintain payroll records in compliance with DoL regulations.
• Assist Senior Staff Accountant and CFO on projects.
