Qualifications

• Associates in Accounting/Business degree required.
• 1 year experience in business department using accounting software spreadsheet and database tools.
• Excellent written communication; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication; able to interact with diverse individuals.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide data entry support to update and maintain payroll and timekeeping systems.
• Reconcile Payroll reports.
• Make payments timely and accurately.
• Enter deduction arrears for amounts due from employees.
• Be responsible for payroll taxes and fringe reporting.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
