Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/payroll platforms.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to ramp up quickly and provide immediate support during the contract.

Responsibilities

• Process and support end-to-end payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain employee payroll information and updates.
• Review deductions, benefits, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll adjustments.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure payroll processes align with applicable tax and employment requirements.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Support payroll reporting, reconciliations, and documentation.
