The role emphasizes processing weekly payrolls, reviewing timecards, and maintaining data integrity in the payroll system. You will reconcile totals, complete necessary documentation, handle garnishments with external vendors, and collaborate with HR to ensure correct employee records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of payroll processing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; CPP or FPC preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations at federal and state levels.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payrolls for 500-1000+ employees.
• Review timecards for discrepancies and communicate with Supervisors as needed.
• Prepare reconciliations and finalize payroll documentation.
• Coordinate garnishments and third-party payments.
• Provide payroll reports and respond to employee questions.
• Maintain payroll data and documentation.
