Job summary

CFS is seeking a Union Payroll Specialist in Addison, IL to manage payroll for union employees across multiple unions and sites. The role requires strong knowledge of collective bargaining agreements, wage rates, and fringe benefit contributions, along with expertise in certified payroll reporting.

You will work with HR, Accounting, and Operations to ensure accurate payroll, comply with prevailing wage laws, and support process improvements that boost efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience processing payroll in a union or construction environment.

• Reconcile payroll discrepancies and maintain accurate employee payroll records.
