Job summary

Parallel Consulting is assisting a national clean energy platform to hire a Prevailing Wage & Labor Compliance Expert. You will shape and execute labor compliance programs across multiple projects, ensuring wage determinations meet federal and state standards.

You will partner with development, procurement, legal and HR teams, audit contractors, and prepare documentation for regulatory reviews. This is a multi-year engagement with competitive compensation and a strong ESG alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing prevailing wage compliance (Davis-Bacon Act, PLA, or similar frameworks).
• Strong understanding of construction, renewable energy, or infrastructure project environments.
• Excellent knowledge of state and federal labor standards, documentation, and audit procedures.
• Ability to lead training, policy creation, and multi-stakeholder engagement around compliance best practices.
• Strong communication and influence skills with both field and executive-level stakeholders.
