  • Collect, review, and validate payroll inputs and outputs, ensuring all information is complete, accurate, and processed within established deadlines.
  • Perform payroll reconciliations by comparing expected payroll results with final calculations and identifying discrepancies or inconsistencies.
  • Investigate payroll differences, determine their underlying causes, and coordinate with internal teams and external payroll partners to implement appropriate resolutions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage payroll operations for at least one country, including processing, calculations, validations, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of payroll fundamentals, including employee compensation, payroll inputs and outputs, deductions, bonuses, and statutory or employment‑related changes.
  • Experience investigating payroll discrepancies, identifying calculation errors, understanding changes in payroll results, and implementing appropriate corrective actions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling sensitive payroll information, financial data, and numerical calculations.
  • Comfortable working with payroll management systems, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other digital tools used for payroll processing and validation.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments and external payroll partners.
  • Good organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple payroll activities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new systems, understand different country‑specific payroll requirements, and adjust to evolving operational processes.
  • A proactive, analytical, and problem‑solving mindset, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative global team.
Nice‑to‑have Qualifications
