Job summary

Melita Group is seeking a payroll professional to manage multi-client payroll from start to finish. You will work with ADP Workforce Now and Rippling, as well as our Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate, on-time payroll processing with meticulous attention to detail.

You will focus on delivering high-quality service, building trusted relationships with clients, and achieving survey scores of 9 or higher. A college degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the full payroll process for assigned clients, start to finish, accurately and on time.
• Operate ADP Workforce Now and/or Rippling, and our Salesforce CRM.
• Handle the full range of payroll administration tasks with attention to detail.
• Aim for client survey scores of 9 or higher by delivering dependable, high-quality service.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with client contacts and colleagues.

• Work as an advanced user of ADP Workforce Now and/or Rippling, and of our custom Salesforce CRM.
• Process the full range of payroll administration tasks efficiently and with fine attention to detail.
• Earn client survey scores of 9 or higher by delivering dependable, high-quality service.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with your client contacts and colleagues.
