Job summary

Melita is seeking a Global Payroll Specialist to own end-to-end international payrolls using ADP and Rippling, ensuring 100% accuracy and on-time delivery for clients in multiple jurisdictions, including Canada and the UK.

You will learn country-specific rules, build scalable processes, coordinate filings and funding, and partner with client payroll contacts and Melita teams to expand our international payroll capabilities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on payroll experience in US, Canada and the UK.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now payroll technology.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for payroll and learning new systems, rules, geographies.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage payroll for international clients via ADP and Rippling.
• Process hires, changes, terminations, and off-cycle items on time.
• Reconcile payrolls and coordinate funding, filings, and reporting.
• Collaborate with client payroll contacts and Melita teams to resolve issues.
• Help build payroll capability in new countries and scale processes.
