Job summary

CFS in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Payroll Specialist to own and optimize payroll and benefits processing on a biweekly/recurring cycle. You will collaborate with HR, accounting, and leadership to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in payroll and/or benefits administration.

  • Process accurate and timely payroll on a biweekly basis, including tax withholdings, deductions, and direct deposits.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, supporting enrollments, changes, and compliance with regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll and benefits inquiries, ensuring responsive and professional communication with employees.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
