Job summary

Boly-Welch Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to take full ownership of the in-house payroll system. You will process semi-monthly payroll, audit timecards, and prepare auditing reports while maintaining accurate records.

This on-site role in Tualatin lasts at least 120 days and could become permanent. As a contracted employee, you’ll access our benefits package including paid sick leave, medical insurance, an FSA, and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inhouse payroll processing experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required.
• ERP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly payroll and maintain accuracy across payroll records.
• Audit timecards and review regular auditing reports to ensure compliance.
• Respond to internal/external inquiries and support recordkeeping with internal departments.
