Qualifications

  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; exposure to enterprise platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with payroll leadership to support weekly payroll processing across U.S. and Canadian employee populations (~2,500).
  • Review wages, bonuses, overtime, and deductions for accuracy and compliance prior to processing.
  • Maintain complete and accurate payroll records and documentation.
  • Adhere to established payroll policies and procedures and provide guidance to internal employees as needed.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve discrepancies professionally.
  • Track and validate time reporting, submissions, and approvals on a recurring basis.
  • Support payroll operations during system and process transitions and aid change management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with payroll leadership to support weekly payroll processing across U.S. and Canadian employee populations, ~2500 employees
  • Review wages, bonuses, overtime, and deductions to ensure accuracy and compliance prior to processing
  • Maintain complete and accurate payroll records and documentation
  • Adhere to established payroll policies and procedures and provide guidance to internal employees as needed
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies professionally and discreetly
  • Track and validate time reporting, submissions, and approvals on a recurring basis
  • Support payroll operations during a system and process transition, contributing to change management and adoption efforts
Qualifications
  • 4–5 years of experience supporting multi‑state payroll processing
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; exposure to enterprise platforms preferred
  • Familiarity with additional payroll systems is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables)
  • Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
