Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join their team in north Scottsdale, AZ. This role handles payroll for approximately 2,000 employees across multiple locations and requires navigating complex payroll processes with precision.

ADP experience and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) are highly preferred. This is a 100% in-office position, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Prior payroll processing experience required.
• Proficiency with ADP payroll systems preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Required Work Hours

This is a 100% in-office position located in north Scottsdale, AZ. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Benefits

• The position offers a competitive pay range of $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
• Max Pay is $28. Min Pay is $25.
