Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Advanced Excel experience, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle weekly payroll for 300 employees, ensuring accurate and timely processing in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Review, audit, and validate timesheets for accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies prior to payroll submission.
• Perform detailed job costing and labor allocations across multiple projects to support accurate financial tracking and reporting.
• Process payroll adjustments including bonuses, deductions, garnishments, and benefit withholdings while ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and compensation changes.
• Reconcile payroll reports, general ledger accounts, and payroll-related balances to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including payroll accruals, reporting, and preparation of payroll tax filings (W-2s, 941s, etc.)
