Job summary

LHH US in Nassau County, NY is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join a large, nationwide payroll operation. The role is fully onsite and involves weekly payroll for 1,000+ employees across the country.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of payroll experience, proficiency with ADP, and specific experience with union payroll and multi-state payroll compliance. A degree is preferred, with full benefits offered.

Our client is a successful and very employee friendly corporation and they are looking to hire for a Payroll Specialist in Nassau County, NY. The proper candidate will have at least five years of payroll experience, multi-state and union/non-union required. You will be part of a Payroll Department that handles a weekly payroll for over 1,000 employees across the country. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that can offer you a challenge as well as stability. They are FULLY ONSITE and looking for local candidates. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 plus bonus and full benefits package.

The responsibilities of the Payroll Manager job include:

• Processing of a large, multistate union and non-union employee payroll
• Assure accuracy of payroll for both hourly and salaried employees
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations
• Work with employees to resolve any issues with compensation
