The successful candidate will manage payroll for 4,000+ employees across multiple states, work with HRIS and payroll systems, and participate in compliance, reporting, and reconciliations while identifying opportunities to improve systems and controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in payroll processing.
• Experience handling multi-state payroll and compliance.
• Strong reporting and reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for 4,000+ employees across multiple states.
