Winner Automotive Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations across our dealership locations. Proficient in Paycom and capable of coordinating payroll for multiple locations, while tracking employee leave and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail and discretion handling sensitive information, with a focus on timely, accurate payroll processing and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running payroll in Paycom
• Experience processing payroll for multiple locations simultaneously
• Strong understanding of leave administration and tracking
• High attention to detail and a knack for catching errors before they happen
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time across multiple dealership locations
• Administer and maintain payroll functions within Paycom
• Track, manage, and reconcile employee leave (PMFL, FMLA, STD, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with wage, hour, and tax regulations
• Partner with HR and dealership management to resolve payroll discrepancies
• Maintain accurate payroll records and generate reports as needed
